Frequently Asked Questions

How often is the premium data updated?

The Gap Matrix refreshes every 60 seconds. Korea (Upbit) prices update every 30 seconds via Server-Sent Events (SSE). Exchange rate (FX) data is fetched periodically to keep conversions accurate.

Is CoinGapRadar free to use?

Yes β€” completely free. No account required, no paywalls, no hidden fees. CoinGapRadar is supported by Google AdSense advertisements.

Which exchanges and countries are supported?

CoinGapRadar currently tracks premiums across 9+ countries: South Korea (Upbit), Japan (bitFlyer), India (WazirX), Indonesia (Indodax), Brazil (Mercado Bitcoin), Mexico (Bitso), Nigeria (Luno), Australia (CoinSpot), and USA (Coinbase), all compared against Binance as the global reference.

What coins can I track?

You can track BTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE, XLM, and TRX premiums across all supported countries simultaneously.

Is the data accurate enough for real arbitrage trading?

CoinGapRadar is designed for research and market monitoring. Prices may be delayed up to 60 seconds and may differ from actual tradeable prices due to order book depth, slippage, and exchange conditions. Always verify directly on exchanges before executing trades. See our Terms of Service for full details.

How does the Net Profit Calculator work?

The calculator factors in the buy-side exchange fee, sell-side exchange fee, network withdrawal fee, expected slippage, and the notional trade size to give you an estimated net profit after all costs. It reflects the same variables a real arbitrage trader would account for.

I found a data issue or bug. How do I report it?

Please email us at coingapradar@gmail.com with the subject "Bug Report" and include as many details as possible β€” the country, coin, approximate time, and what you observed.

Can I use CoinGapRadar data in my own project or article?

You may reference CoinGapRadar data with attribution for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, API scraping, or bulk data extraction is not permitted without prior written permission. See our Terms of Service.

ℹ️ Note: CoinGapRadar is an independent tool built and maintained by a small team. We do not provide financial advice. For information about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
